Shipping Policy

Processing time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day. During sales and busy seasons, processing may take a little longer.

Delivery times and rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order.

Some of our pieces ship directly from partner warehouses, including overseas locations. These items can take longer to arrive. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. Carrier delays, weather, and customs can sometimes slow things down.

Multiple packages

If your order includes items from different warehouses, they may ship separately. You won't pay extra shipping for this, and you'll receive tracking for each package.

Order tracking

When your order ships, you'll receive an email with your tracking number. Tracking may take 24–48 hours to show updates.

International orders

We ship to the countries available at checkout. International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by their country. These are not included in our prices or shipping costs.

Incorrect addresses

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We're not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice a mistake, email us right away. If the order hasn't shipped yet, we'll update it.

Lost or stolen packages

If tracking shows your package was delivered but you can't find it, please check with neighbors and your local post office first, then contact us within 7 days and we'll help file a claim with the carrier. We're not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after the carrier marks them delivered.
