Return Policy

We want you to love what you ordered. If something isn't right, here's how returns work.

Return window

You have 30 days from the date your order was delivered to request a return.

What can be returned

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

Clothing: unworn, unwashed, and free of makeup, perfume, deodorant, or pet hair, with all original tags attached.
Jewelry: unworn and in original condition and packaging.
Skincare: unopened and still sealed in its original packaging.

Final-sale items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following can't be returned or exchanged:

Earrings
Opened or used skincare
Items marked "Final Sale"
Gift cards

How to start a return

Email madebykynd@gmail.com with your order number and the item(s) you'd like to return.
We'll reply within 1–2 business days with your return instructions and return address.
Pack the item securely and ship it back using a trackable shipping method.

Please don't send items back without contacting us first. Returns sent without instructions, or to the wrong address, can't be processed.

Return shipping

Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility, unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or wasn't what you ordered. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Refunds

Once your return arrives, we'll inspect it and email you to confirm whether it's approved. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Depending on your bank, the refund may take a few extra days to appear.

If an item comes back used, damaged, or missing tags, we may be unable to issue a refund. In that case, we can send it back to you at your cost.

Exchanges

The fastest way to get a different size or color is to return the item you have and place a new order for the one you want.

Damaged, defective or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the item and packaging. We'll send a replacement or issue a full refund, and you won't pay return shipping.
